1. Purpose
DENIS is a platform connecting professional VTC drivers with passengers. DENIS acts as a technical intermediary and is not a carrier.
2. Passenger account
Using the service requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
3. Booking and ride
- You can book a ride, track the trip in real time and pay via the app;
- The fare is shown before booking confirmation;
- You agree to respect the driver and the vehicle.
4. Payment
Payments are securely processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.. Cancellation fees may apply according to the displayed conditions.
5. Liability
DENIS shall not be liable for the quality of the transport, which is the sole responsibility of the driver, nor for damages resulting from non-compliant use of the service.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time (see “Delete account”). DENIS may suspend an account in case of breach of these terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, subject to applicable consumer protection provisions.
