1. Purpose
DENIS connects professional VTC drivers with passengers. DENIS acts as a technical intermediary and is not the driver's employer.
2. Driver account and eligibility
Creating a driver account requires submitting valid professional documents (professional VTC card, licence, insurance, vehicle documents). You warrant the accuracy of this information.
3. Driver obligations
- Hold all authorizations, licences and insurance required for passenger transport;
- Comply with applicable regulations and traffic laws;
- Provide a quality, safe service to passengers.
4. Earnings and commission
Ride earnings are paid to the driver via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.. DENIS may charge a commission on completed rides, the amount of which is shown in the app.
5. DENIS Pro program
Drivers may benefit from the DENIS Pro loyalty program under the conditions presented in the app.
6. Liability
The driver is solely responsible for performing the transport and for complying with their legal, tax and social obligations.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time (see “Delete account”). DENIS may suspend an account in case of breach or invalid documents.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
