Account & data deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your “Denis Chauffeur” account (published by DENIS VTC) and all associated personal data. You can submit this request even if you have already uninstalled the app.

You can request deletion without the app installed — just use your account email address (option 2 below).

Option 1 — Directly in the app

1Open the “Denis Chauffeur” app and sign in.
2Go to “Profile”, then “Settings”.
3Tap “Delete my account”.
4Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account is disabled immediately; data is deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — By email (without the app)

Email us from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Account deletion — Denis Chauffeur”. We will verify your identity via this address and then process the deletion.

Processing time: within 30 days at the latest after verification.

Partial deletion (optional)

You can request deletion of certain data (e.g. ride history) without deleting your entire account.Request a partial deletion

Data that will be deleted

Your profile: first name, last name, email, phone, photo.
Your app preferences and settings.
Your account-linked location data.
Your professional documents and vehicle information.
Your push notification tokens (FCM) and account-linked technical identifiers.
